NightBeat Entertainment ("NightBeat," "we," "us") provides DJ, MC, lighting and photo booth services in Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our client planning portal, and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count, the services you're interested in, and any message you send through our contact or inquiry forms.
Event planning details: if you book with us, the details you add in your planning portal, such as your timeline, music requests, and the names of people in your wedding party or event.
Payment records: the amount, date and method of payments you make to us. We do not store credit card or bank account numbers on our website.
Basic website data: like most websites, our site uses cookies and collects standard information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, so we can keep the site working and see how it's used.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, plan and provide services for your event, send you emails about your booking (such as proposals, reminders and receipts), and run our business. If you sign up for updates, we may also send occasional emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run NightBeat, such as our website and email providers, our calendar and scheduling tools, and our payment providers, and only as needed to provide our services. If a NightBeat team member (such as another DJ or photo booth attendant) is working your event, they will see the event details they need.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and keep accurate business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop receiving emails from us, by contacting us below.
Google account data
NightBeat's planning software may connect to our own Google Calendar and Google Workspace accounts to schedule events and send email. Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide these features and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
