A very basic package(mostly for school events). This includes a DJ with no lighting package just the DJ, music and sound system.

Includes four hours of DJ service with a appropriately attired DJ. We will bring over 15,000 songs, a professional sound system, and a wireless microphone available for announcements. Your DJ will be the Master of Ceremonies at the event and will ensure that the pace is appropriate. He will make all needed announcements and introductions in a professional manner. And, your guests will be able to request the music they love to dance to from our huge selection of music. You will receive unlimited free telephone consultation and professional online planning tools so that you can customize your event to meet your needs.. There is one light with this package that goes underneath the DJ table to add color to the dance floor.

The lighting consist of a lighted DJ booth with lighted speaker stands.

The lighting consists of 2 moving head lights that provide 10 gobos (designs)and 7 colors + white (can be used for spotlight).
The lights are set-up on a 8 foot high "Lighted Truss" with L.E.D. lights inside the trussing so the inside of the trussing will light up and change colors and match the lighted DJ booth and lighted speaker stands.

This is the same lighting package as the Ruby Package but includes and extra 4 hours (for a total of 9 hours) at no addtional cost. A savings of $200.00

Bubble Machine - A bubble machine is a great effect for the introduction of you and your bridal party. It can also be used as part of the Bride & Groom dance.

Ceremony Music / Extra Sound System - This add on allows for an extra hour (for the ceremony) and we bring 1 extra remote sound system for the ceremony music.

Dancing On A Cloud - Add a spectacular effect to your dance (First dance, parents and/or bridal party to name a few)by choosing this option. We use a dry ice machine (which will NOT set off fire alarms)to create a cloud on the dance floor so it appears that you are dancing on a cloud.This add on will cover the first dance. If you would like to do more than one dance it will be $50.00 for each song after that.

DVD Slideshow Package 1 - This package includes a projector and screen rental a ($200 added value). We set up a DVD slideshow of up to 35 pictures (provided by you) synchronized to one song (your choice). We provided you with one copy of the DVD and up to 5 captions/titles to which ever pictures you would like. This presentation will last approximately 5 minutes.

DVD Slideshow Package 2 - This package includes a projector and screen rental (a $200 added value). We set up a DVD slideshow of up to 75 pictures (provided by you) syncronized to three songs (your choice). We provided you with one copy of the DVD and up to 5 captions/titles to which ever pictures you would like. This presentation will last approximately 10 minutes.

Extra DJ - An extra DJ ensures that your MC is doing just that. The MC will be interacting with the crowd and the DJ will be playing the music.

Fog Machine - Fog machines add a great effect to the lighting. We mount this to the truss system that is OVER everyones head so your guest will not be affected by the smoke as much. YOU SHOULD CLEAR THIS ADD-ON WITH YOUR VENUE!

Gobo/Monogram Lighting - Imagine your names or initials in light shining on the dance floor, ceiling, or wall. We have the technology to make this happen in a stunning way and really add a unique touch to your event. This is a really nice way to personalize your event and make it special. Monogram lighting can be an excellent way to pull together all the elements of your wedding. A monogram light and design creates a high impact focal point to the room and provides the perfect environment to show off all the beautiful work you've put into the cake, flowers and decor.

Karaoke - Add a little more fun by choosing this add-on so that the guest may join in and sing a little.

Overtime Rate (Every Half Hour After 5 Hours) - Every half hour past the 5 hours included in the package plan.

Photo Booth - Rent a Photo Booth so your guest can have pictures at you event. We make 2 copies of the prints one for the guest and the other goes into a photo album that you recieve at the end of the 3 hour session.

Remote Speakers - Having a indoor/outdoor event and want to have the sound in both places? Then here is your solution. We will set up 2 remote speakers up to 25 feet away from the main room. These speakers can be set at a different volume then the main room also.

Snow Machine - Bring the outside indoors without the cold, with a snow machine. Disperses snow over a large area, 10 cubic inches per minute.

Uplighting - We will setup and operate lighting for the duration of your event. Imagine the room turns pink as you come down the stairs for your introductions and it turns teal as you start your first dance. A subtle red comes over the room as dinner is served or the room slowly shifts colors over the course of the night or pulses to the beat of the music. It's all possible with our full venue uplighting. We recommend at least 4 lights behind the head table, but the best effect is to have at least 4 lights on 3 of the walls in the room. The price is for four lights behind the head table. Please call for price on anything different.

Video Add-On - Add a video presentation to your event with our projector and video screen (6 x 8 screen). Please call if you want a plasma TV instead of the screen. We bring the two items above, set it up in a predetermined location picked by you and/or chosen by us at the location and then hook it into our sound system to show your DVD.

Wii - With video games becoming so popular why not be the first to have them at your event. The package includes a 36" inch monitor, powered speaker and games such as "Guitar Hero" and "Wii Sports". We set this up in a different room if available or in a corner away from the dance floor. The games are played for the cocktail hour and after all formalities are done. This package is unique, fun and exciting for all ages.
